If your aircraft model arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
We will review your request and provide a suitable solution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.
Can I return my aircraft model?

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin preparing orders shortly after purchase to ensure fast processing.
