Refund & Return Policy

At Avioryx, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Each model is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

Please review the following return and refund terms before submitting a request.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition in which it was received
  • Include all original parts, accessories, tools, instructions, display components, and packaging
  • Show no signs of assembly, modification, painting, gluing, installation, or customer-caused damage
  • Be accompanied by a valid order number or other proof of purchase

Returns must be approved by Avioryx before the item is shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

After your return request has been approved, the package must be shipped within 7 days using a trackable shipping service.


2. Assembled, Used, or Modified Products

Products are not eligible for return or exchange once assembly, installation, painting, gluing, modification, or customization has begun, except when there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

The following products are not eligible for standard returns:

  • Models that have been partially or fully assembled
  • Parts that have been glued, painted, trimmed, sanded, drilled, bent, or otherwise modified
  • Products damaged during assembly or installation
  • Products with missing parts, accessories, instructions, or original packaging
  • Products showing scratches, stains, breakage, excessive handling, or other signs of use
  • Gift cards
  • Products specifically marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase

Please carefully inspect all parts before beginning assembly.


3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item shown in your order confirmation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the affected product or component
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • Photos of the external and internal packaging if the item arrived damaged

Please keep the original product and packaging until your request has been reviewed. Do not discard or return the item unless instructed by our customer support team.

After the issue has been verified, Avioryx will provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, this may include:

  • Sending replacement parts at no additional cost
  • Sending a complete replacement product
  • Providing a partial refund when the issue affects only part of the product
  • Providing a full refund when a replacement or repair is not reasonably available

Avioryx will cover the approved return or replacement shipping costs when the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect due to an error by Avioryx or the shipping carrier.


4. What Is Considered a Product Defect?

A product defect may include:

  • A model or component arriving physically broken or significantly damaged
  • A missing component that prevents the product from being completed or displayed as intended
  • Receiving the wrong model, version, or product
  • A manufacturing issue that prevents the parts from being assembled or used as intended
  • A major structural defect affecting the normal function or appearance of the model

The following are generally not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, surface finish, or painted details
  • Minor mold lines, connection points, seams, or surface marks that do not prevent normal assembly
  • Small differences between the physical product and images caused by lighting, screen settings, photography, or production batches
  • Minor variations associated with resin, hand-finished, or individually produced components
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, excessive force, unsuitable tools, glue, paint, heat, water, chemicals, improper storage, or modification
  • Dissatisfaction resulting from personal expectations when the product otherwise matches its description and order confirmation

Resin and hand-finished model components may have minor natural variations. These characteristics do not necessarily affect the product’s intended appearance, assembly, or use.


5. How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@avioryx.com and include your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Please do not return your order to the address shown on the original shipping package. That address may belong to a shipping facility and may not be able to receive or process returns.

Returns sent to an unauthorized address, sent without approval, or sent using a cash-on-delivery service may be refused.


6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a confirmed defect, shipping damage, missing parts, an incorrect product, or another error caused by Avioryx, we will cover the approved return or replacement shipping cost.

For returns caused by a change of mind, accidental purchase, ordering the wrong model, personal preference, or another reason unrelated to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Although Avioryx provides free standard shipping on customer orders, we still incur a cost to send each package. For approved non-defective returns, the actual original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers should use a trackable shipping service and retain the return receipt. Avioryx is not responsible for unauthorized return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back.

Any customs charges, handling fees, or other costs caused by returning an item without following our provided instructions will not be reimbursed.


7. Return Condition and Possible Deductions

Returned products will be inspected after they arrive at the authorized return facility.

If an approved return arrives with missing packaging, missing accessories, signs of handling, damaged packaging, or another condition that reduces its resale value, Avioryx may:

  • Issue a partial refund reflecting the reduced value of the product
  • Deduct reasonable cleaning, repackaging, or replacement-packaging costs
  • Reject the return if the product is no longer in a returnable or resalable condition

Where applicable, a cleaning or repackaging deduction of up to US$20 may apply if additional work is required to restore an otherwise returnable product to a resalable condition, unless such a deduction is prohibited by applicable law.

No deduction will apply when the returned item is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, incomplete, or incorrect due to an error by Avioryx.


8. Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are normally submitted to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

After a refund has been submitted, your bank, card provider, PayPal, or payment processor may require additional time to post the funds to your account. This processing time is controlled by the payment provider and is typically 5–10 business days.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the order. We cannot issue a refund to a different card, bank account, or payment account.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was submitted, please contact us for assistance.


9. Partial Refunds and Goodwill Resolutions

In certain cases where a product remains usable but has a minor issue that does not require a full replacement, Avioryx may offer replacement parts, a partial refund, or store credit as an alternative resolution.

Any goodwill resolution will be evaluated according to the circumstances of the order and does not constitute an admission of fault.

Customers are free to decline a goodwill offer and continue with an eligible return in accordance with this policy.


10. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because product availability may change.

The fastest way to obtain a different product is to request a return for the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

If you received a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact us before placing a new order so that we can arrange the appropriate replacement.


11. Order Cancellations and Address Changes

If you need to cancel an order or change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every reasonable effort to process your request before the order enters fulfillment. However, cancellation or address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing, production, packaging, or shipment has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, an eligible item may be returned in accordance with this policy.


12. Refused and Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the refund will be processed only after the package has been returned to and inspected by the authorized return facility.

Actual outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, or other reasonable expenses associated with the unsuccessful delivery may be deducted from the refund unless the delivery failure was caused by Avioryx or otherwise required by applicable law.


13. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Our customer support team will review your order and attempt to provide an appropriate resolution under this policy.

Starting a chargeback while a return, replacement, or refund request is already being reviewed may delay the resolution because the payment provider may take control of the disputed funds and investigation.
