Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Avioryx offers free worldwide shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no standard shipping fee will be added at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, local carrier disruptions, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and tracking link that you can use to check the status of your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to become available.

Tracking updates may occasionally pause while a package is moving between international shipping facilities. This does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

Avioryx provides free worldwide shipping and covers applicable import duties and standard customs clearance charges for your order.

In most cases, customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs clearance fees when the package is delivered.

If a local carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests a customs-related payment, please contact us before making the payment. Our customer support team will review the charge and provide the appropriate assistance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, postal code, country, phone number, and other contact information before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before the order is shipped, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

If a package is returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because an incomplete or incorrect address was provided during checkout, additional reshipping charges may apply.

If the shipping address error was caused by Avioryx, we will take responsibility and arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, Avioryx will arrange a replacement or refund based on the circumstances of the order.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check your mailbox, entrance, reception area, safe delivery location, household members, and nearby neighbors.

We also recommend contacting the local delivery carrier, as they may be able to provide additional delivery information.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist you with the investigation.
